The number of steps in High speed FRA and Impedance sweeps is increased from 250 points to 2000 points with frequency step speeds up to 50 steps per second.

When using our PSM range in LCR mode, compensation of the parasitic impedances found in
connection cables has always been offered for specified single frequencies. Now, a
versatile sweep compensation mode permits open and short circuit compensation over any
selected frequency range with a user selectable number of steps and storage of the
compensation values into non-volatile memory for recall at any time.

functions on any PSM unit.
The software provides data presentation in tables or graphs and allows data to be stored in .txt format or exported directly into written documents or spread sheets.

New product: PSM1735 NumetriQ, high frequency Phase Sensitive Multimeter.
Covering an exceptional frequency range of over 12½ decades (10µHz to 35MHz) PSM1735 NumetriQ uses direct digital analysis and heterodyning techniques to achieve outstanding accuracy (eg. high frequency phase accuracy of 0.1° + 0.0001°/kHz) at a fraction of the price of other high frequency instruments.
PSM1735 NumetriQ uses the same proven, easy to use controls and display as the PSM1700 PsimetriQ, and has the same versatile set of functions: FRA, PAV, LCR, power harmonics and true RMS. The inputs are balanced, ground referenced, differential inputs suitable for direct connection or for use with oscilloscope probes to minimise circuit loading.
The versatile high accuracy measurements at high and low frequencies at low cost makes the PSM1735 NumetriQ suitable for production testing and education as well as research and development applications.

PsimetriQ PSM1700 now has the capability to record up to 8000 measurements at a user defined interval from 10ms to 1 hour. Up to 4 results may be stored per record, and either saved to RAM or directly into non-volatile memory. Each function may then be viewed as a table or as a graph against time. As with all functions of N4L instruments, the data may be retrieved to a PC for further analysis.

The frequency range of the PSM1700 PsimetriQ has been extended to 10µHz to 1MHz. The lower frequencies are useful for analysis of very slow control systems such as thermal management in buildings.

PSM1700 Psimetriq, the latest addition to the PSM range from N4L provides a low cost phase sensitive measurement instrument for design, test and production engineers at a level of performance and flexibility only available before now from much more costly test equipment. Incorporating a large LCD graphics display, intuitive user interface with direct access to all primary measurement functions, a frequency range from 100µHz to 1Mhz and a range of flexible I/O options, the PSM1700 is expected to be a popular addition to many engineers test benches and production systems.
